FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: What about accommodations?
Accommodations are not included in the registration fee. Limited on-campus housing will be available for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights only—on a first come, first served basis. On-campus housing is $70 per night, per person. Housing priority is granted to applications submitted during the Reunion Early Bird Registration period, March 3 - April 6, 2026.
Applications received after the applicable Early Bird deadline will automatically be placed on a waitlist and assigned housing based on the date and time the application was received. Additionally, all applications received after the priority deadline will incur a $10 late fee. NOTE: Submission of a housing application by the Early Bird deadline DOES NOT guarantee a housing assignment. ALL HOUSING IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
For more detailed information about on-campus housing, please visit the Dartmouth’s Reunion Website. While we think staying in the residence halls is a lot of fun, we understand if you need different accommodations. We encourage you to make a hotel reservation as soon as possible. Neither Dartmouth nor our class has held hotel blocks (at the Hanover Inn or elsewhere) for Reunions.

Q: How should I make my dietary restrictions/allergies known?
While we are committed to making our meals safe and tasty experiences and will do our best to work with our caterers to accommodate all dietary restrictions, we are not able to guarantee specific requests. Please contact Reunion Food Chair, Suzanne Leonard to discuss your needs, particularly food allergies. Please note we cannot guarantee that food is produced in a nut-free facility and are unable to restrict what foods may be brought on campus by other guests.
Q: Can I bring my kids?
Reunion Kids programming, offered for teens (13-17 years) and juniors (6-12 years), is operated by the Hulbert Outdoor Center, part of the Aloha Foundation Camps. Led by Program Director Jen Adams and her staff, with support from Dartmouth students, Hulbert provides engaging, age-appropriate activities, such as field games, arts and crafts, board games, and optional trips to the Montshire Museum of Science and the Dartmouth swimming pool. Hulbert has extensive experience working with K-12 students across New England and is excited to partner with Dartmouth College for Reunion Weekend.
Children registered for Reunion are automatically enrolled in the program Included meals: Friday lunch and dinner and Saturday lunch and dinner. Saturday and Sunday breakfast will be provided by the class in our Class Tent.
For more details about the Reunion Kids program, please see Dartmouth’s Reunion Website.
Q: Who can help with an accessibility request?
Dartmouth is committed to ensuring that its programs, services, and activities are accessible to all. Disability-related accommodations are delivered through a network of established programs and offices that extend to alumni and their guests. Accommodation needs and inquiries about accessibility assistance are welcome. Begin your inquiry with outreach to Reunion Chair Kimberly Koontz Haring and she will collaborate with you, Alumni Relations, and the College’s Office of Institutional Diversity and Equity.
